Weekly Progress-Tracking and Assignments

Recordings of Our Coaching Sessions
Our coaching sessions will be captured via recording so that you can stay fully present during our calls. You will have access to review the recordings for months and years to come. Each time you review a session recording, you will gain new insight into your coaching process and increase your efficacy as a mentor.

The Signature Mentorship Method
While sessions are specifically curated to serve each individual client, the Method follows a format that’s been proven to facilitate major coaching breakthroughs.
Session 1
Overview + Team Fundamentals
In your initial session, you’ll learn to give your clients ownership, involvement, and radical personal responsibility over their results. You’ll learn to guide clients toward transformation with the skill or Michael Jordan shooting a free throw (i.e. you won’t miss the shot). There is a learning curve in becoming an effective coach, and you’re about to skyrocket over it.
Session 2
The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback
A coach is not a paid best friend. To move your clients forward, you must share the truth in love. This session will teach you how to share exactly what your clients need to understand without damaging the coaching relationship.
Session 3
Forté Communication for Coaching and Leadership
In this session, you’ll develop an understanding of each of your client’s unique communication styles so that you can build a sturdy foundation of trust. Breakthroughs come when clients know that they are safe within the coaching relationship.
Session 4
Listening and Empowering Questions
A masterful coach asks the powerful questions that draw necessary answers out from his or her clients. A masterful coach knows that the client has ALL of the answers, and is able to help that client sift through their fears and blocks to get to the heart of the matter. This session will equip you to be fully present in your coaching sessions and ask questions that will unlock the hallways of success for your clients.
Session 5
Adaptable Coaching - Giving Your Team What They Need When They Need It Most
As your coaching practice grows, you must have a dependable, capable team in place. In this session, you’ll learn how to delegate tasks that aren’t within your zone of genius so you can spend your time doing your most impactful work.
Session 6
The GROW Model
In your final mentorship session, you’ll be trained on how to utilize the GROW method with each of your clients. This powerful coaching technique will help you draw the very best out of each of your private clients and keep them moving toward their biggest goals and dreams.
